Process
Interiors on this project were a two-person effort — myself and the interior design director. Together we handled interior design across the amenity spaces and residential buildings: unit layouts, common areas, corridors, and elevator lobbies. I personally developed the finish and material schedules carried through all project phases, and conducted the interdisciplinary design reviews of exterior finishes with the Lead Architect and Landscape Architect — work that kept the roughly 10,000 SF of amenity space reading as continuous with the surrounding landscape rather than separate from it.
